We pride ourselves in providing a variety of supports to our new staff members. We host an August orientation and monthly meetings for support and book study. We also assign a mentor teacher, buddy teacher, and instructional coach to provide individual support to each new teacher.
Emerson's District Mentoring Plan complies with current New Jersey regulations surrounding the mentoring of teachers working under provisional certificates.
